Working Principle

Feeding: After being processed by the crusher, the material is evenly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill by a variable frequency belt feeder.
Grinding: Once inside the grinding chamber, the material is subjected to high-speed rotation, impact, and friction from the grinding roller and grinding ring, gradually being ground into fine powder.
Classification: The ground material rises with the airflow generated by the fan and enters the powder classifier for classification. The classifier screens the material based on particle size; particles that meet the required fineness pass through, while coarser particles return to the grinding chamber for further grinding.
Collection: The qualified fine powder, after classification, is collected by a cyclone powder collector, separating it from the air.
Discharge: The collected fine powder is discharged from the mill through the discharge device, completing the entire grinding process.
Throughout the process, the European-style mill utilizes efficient air selection technology and a precise classification system to ensure grinding efficiency and fineness control. Additionally, with an internal thin oil lubrication system and dust removal devices, the equipment's stable operation and environmental requirements are maintained.
