How it works

The wet mill adopts the working mode of wheel-type grinding: first, the motor transmits power to the reducer, and under the drive of the reducer, the torque is transmitted to the upper horizontal axis through the large vertical shaft, and then transmitted to the grinding wheel through the tie rods installed at both ends of the horizontal axis, so that the grinding wheel generates driving force and rotates counterclockwise along the horizontal direction of the horizontal axis; when working, the grinding wheel can revolve around the large vertical shaft of the wet mill and rotate around the center axis of the grinding wheel, while the grinding plate is fixed. The added ore material is squeezed by the weight of the grinding wheel in the grinding mill, and the huge friction between the grinding wheel and the grinding plate when the grinding wheel revolves and rotates. After repeated squeezing, kneading, and grinding, it is completely crushed.
