Features
Customized design: According to the material hardness provided by the user, measure the pressure of the material, and then design the parameters of the roller press to ensure that the machine can effectively crush materials of specific hardness.

Hard connection and universal joint technology: The movable roller and fixed roller and the power system adopt hard connection, that is, coupling connection, and the movable part adopts universal joint technology. This design avoids the problem of belt slippage when handling large materials in older belt-driven models.

Taper welding technology: The roller surface adopts the taper welding technology of a large hydraulic roller press. Repair welding can produce more than 80,000 tons of materials at a time, and the cost is low, about 1,000 yuan. The annual maintenance cost of the whole machine does not exceed 2,000 yuan.

Unpowered powder selection structure: The feeder adopts an unpowered powder selecting structure. Before the material enters the roller press, it first passes through the unpowered powder selection device to screen out materials smaller than 3-8mm and does not enter the roller press. The coarse material is evenly fed into the roller press through the vibrating feeder, which can improve the crushing efficiency.

Energy saving and power consumption: The power consumption of this machine is only half of that of the hammer crusher, which has good energy saving effect.

Automatic protection and adjustment function: When encountering extremely hard or unbreakable objects, the rollers can automatically retreat with the help of springs, increasing the roller gap to allow the extremely hard or unbreakable objects to fall, thus protecting the machine from damage. At the same time, by adjusting the roller gap, the discharge particle size can be controlled, thereby changing the output per unit time.
Working Principle
The hydraulic roller press is an efficient crushing machine that uses the friction of the roller surface to bite the material into the crushing zone and crush the material through extrusion or splitting.
