Customer background

The 130t/h lapis lazuli crushing line is a self-use project of the client in Kazakhstan, and the aggregates produced are exclusively used in the asphalt mixing plant of the client's own company.
Crawler mobile crushing plant in Kazakhstan, the whole set of production line adopts crawler mobile, easy to transfer, easy to install, crawler trucks through the feeder uniformly into the large mouth impact crusher, after crushing through the belt conveyor into the vehicle-mounted vibrating screen, grading, screened material through the return belt back to the large mouth impact crusher to continue crushing, the vibrating screen screened out the finished stone 0-5mm, 5-15mm specifications, so as to use.

Solution

Customers since the date of signing the purchase contract, 40 days delivery, equipment arrived at the scene, 10 days the entire production line all installed, debugging 15 days later, into normal production, until now running well to produce mixed aggregates as much as 2,200,000 tonnes. For the customer to significantly reduce the production cost, improve the competitiveness of the market.
