Project Description

The 15t/h granite sand production line is for the customer's own use in Shanghai, and the sand produced is exclusively for the use of his company's paint processing base.

Client's Requirement

The customer in Chongming Island, Shanghai, China wants to produce 3mm fine sand production line, granite is sent to the coarse grinding mill for crushing through belt conveyor, after crushing, it is elevated to the multi-layer swing screen on the 2nd floor through bucket elevator for screening, the screened material is returned to the coarse grinding mill through the chute for further crushing, the swing screen screens out finished stone materials with specifications of 0-1mm, 1-1.5mm, 1.5-2mm and 2-3mm for use.

Solution

Customers since the date of signing the purchase contract, 10 days delivery, equipment arrived at the scene, 5 days the entire production line all installed, debugging 5 days later, into normal production, until now running well to produce as much as 500,000 tonnes of mixed aggregates. For the customer to significantly reduce the production cost, improve the competitiveness of the market.
