Project Introduction

When looking for Chinese manufacturers, Indonesian customers chose to cooperate with Dingbo. Dingbo planned and designed from geographical survey, production line design, raw material testing, finished product analysis, investment budget to later equipment installation and commissioning.
Under the tight delivery period, Dingbo immediately put into production after receiving the order. The production staff worked overtime during the machine manufacturing process. The Indonesian office went to the production site many times for basic construction, machine installation and commissioning, and finally completed the project in 5 months.

Solution

The feeder sends the quartz stone to the crusher, which is then lifted to the conveyor after crushing, and further sent to the aggregate bin, and then sent to the MTM130 grinding mill by the quantitative conveyor. After grinding, it enters the explosion-proof pulse dust collector after dust separation. The collected finished products are sent to the storage hopper through the pneumatic conveying system, and finally the finished products.

At the same time, in order to ensure safe and environmentally friendly operation, the system is equipped with pulse dust collectors, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, explosion-proof nitrogen devices, explosion-proof valves and other equipment, and oxygen analyzers, air pressure monitors, various sensors and other automatic control systems are installed to avoid accidents and ensure the continuity of operation to the greatest extent.
