Project Description
50t/h manganese ore washing and purification production line is the client's own project in Indonesia.
Customer Requirement
Indonesia manganese ore washing production line, the customer's raw ore grade 45%, the requirement of 50 tonnes per hour processing capacity, to increase the grade of the raw ore to 57%, the raw ore contains too much mud.
Solution
Our company adopts crusher, screening machine, washing equipment, re-election process, the final concentrate grade reaches more than 58%. From the date of signing the purchase contract, 40 days delivery, equipment arrived at the site, 50 days after the entire production line all installed, debugging 15 days, into normal production, until now running well.
