Customer Requirement

Kazakhstan 30/h granite crushing production line, used for building materials, road construction, etc.
Kazakhstani customers hope that the production capacity of the production line can reach a stable level of 200 tons, and have clear requirements for the size of crushed granite. The discharge size is 0-5mm 5-19mm 19-31.5mm.

Solution

A customer from Kazakhstan sends granite to a rough mill for crushing through a belt conveyor. After crushing, it is lifted by a bucket elevator to a multi-layer swing screen on the second floor for screening. The screened material is returned to the rough mill through a chute for further crushing. The swing screen screens out finished stones with specifications of 0-5mm, 5-19mm, and 19-31.5mm for use.

Result

This configuration of finished products with good particle size, well-graded, high proportion of finished products, motor power of 90 kW, 300 tonnes of finished products per hour, replacing the problem of high power energy consumption and high cost of sand making machine, so that the customer's profit increased exponentially.
