Project Introduction

A self-use project for a Philippine customer, with raw material calcite, a 5-ton grinding production line per hour. Ding Bo's salesman's patient, attentive and careful service attitude has won the trust of customers.

Solution

The calcite crushed to less than 30mm is fed into the YGM9517 high-pressure suspension roller grinding machine through a conveyor and a uniform feeder. After grinding, it is separated from the dust and then enters the explosion-proof pulse dust collector. The collected finished products are sent to the storage hopper through the pneumatic conveying system, and finally the finished products.

According to the feedback from business visits in the past six months, the grinding production line has been running stably, and the output and finished product rate have reached the contract standards. The intelligent control system makes the operation easier. The most important thing is that the perfect after-sales service frees us from worries and we are very satisfied!
