Project Description

Russian customers and Dingbo Heavy Industry are long-term partners. As early as 2015, the customer purchased a mill from Dingbo Heavy Industry to process limestone required for road construction. At present, the mill is running stably and all operating data are normal. In 2024, in order to expand the production scale, the customer consulted Dingbo Heavy Industry to add a 15 tons per hour grinding production line. Dingbo recommended the MTM160 grinding mill according to customer requirements.

During the follow-up visit, we found that the grinding roller, grinding ring, and powder collector blades were severely worn after 3-4 years of use. In order to ensure safe production and increase production capacity, Dingbo Heavy Industry's engineers sincerely suggested that customers replace these worn parts. The customer expressed gratitude for Dingbo Heavy Industry's service.

Solution

Since the signing of the contract, Dingbo has delivered on time according to the delivery date. After the equipment arrived at the site, the entire production line was installed in half a month. After 5 days of debugging, it entered normal production and is running well until now.
