1. Understand the working principle of impact crusher:
When the impact crusher is working, the rotor rotates at high speed under the drive of an electric motor. When the material enters the area of action of the hammer, it collides with the hammer on the rotor and is thrown into the counterattack device to break again, and then the counterattack is carried out. The liner bounces back to the hammering zone and is then re-crushed. The process is repeated and the material is repeatedly crushed into large, small and small impact chambers until the material is crushed to the desired particle size and discharged from the discharge port.

It can be seen from the working principle of the reactionary mobile crushing plant that the wear of the impact crushing chamber is the most serious in the long-term crushing operation. Therefore, in the daily maintenance and repair work, it is often possible to check the wear and tear of the hammer and replace and repair it in time.
1. In the case of severe wear or fracture, the method to restore the repair is to perform a surfacing test on the worn plate hammer with 506 electrode, No. 2 high carbon electrode and No. 5 high tungsten electrode. The counter-impact hammer after overlay welding of No. 5 high tungsten electrode has the best wear and impact resistance. After surfacing with 506 electrode and No. 2 high-carbon electrode, the wear resistance of the counterweight is also more than 2 times higher than that of the original high-manganese steel counterweight.
However, these two types of weld overlay are costly and uneconomically. Therefore, the No.5 high tungsten electrode has good wear resistance and high economy. This is done by using a sub-plate to wear 3 to 5 mm. No. 5 high tungsten electrode is surfacing 2 to 3 times.
2. In daily work, the impact angle of the impact crusher can be adjusted. The increase in the impact angle can increase the striking strength and ensure the particle size of the material after it has been broken.
3. Since the heavy hammer is a more worn part, it can be interchangeable and reversed in the design of the heavy hammer.
4. The gap between the rotor of the impact crusher and the front of the casing can be appropriately increased, which can prevent the front part of the body from being blocked, effectively improve the production efficiency of discharging, and reduce the wear of parts.
5. The front impact plate boom and the rear counter pressure rod of the impact crusher are integrated, which improves the elastic vibration of the impact plate, so that the materials bonded on the impact plate can be sent to the crusher casing in time, and the crushed subsequent materials enter the lower silo together.
