The crushing and discharging operation is completed when the movable jaw approaches and moves away from the fixed jaw at regular intervals.
The power source of a jaw crusher is usually an electric motor. The electric motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through a pulley and a triangular belt, thus driving the movable c mounted on the eccentric shaft to perform periodic reciprocating motion.
The electric motor of a conventional jaw crusher is mounted on a motor frame of slide rail construction with the base mounted on a concrete or steel foundation.
This configuration is used to tension the cam belt by moving the motor on the rails. The motor is far away from the main body of the crusher, the driving triangle belt is longer, it needs to be installed and debugged on site, and the motor needs to occupy a larger installation space.
Second, the advantages of integrated motor installation
Through the above analysis of the different installation methods of the mashing motor, it can be concluded that compared with the motor split installation, the integrated installation method of the new mashing motor has the following advantages.
(1) It is not necessary to install the motor at the user's site, so the crusher is easy to install and reduces the construction cost of the equipment.
(2) The length of the drive cam belt is reduced, and the triangular belt is easier to tension; the motor pulley and spindle pulley are both located on the crusher body, and there is no relative motion, so they have a long service life.
(3) The crusher can use standard pulley guards and flywheel guards, so there is no need to construct guards on site, avoiding the problem of users not installing guards due to safety disregard. work, the equipment is safer to use. .
To adopt the integrated motor installation method, please pay attention to the following three aspects.
(1) In case of integrated motor installation and modification of traditional crusher, it is necessary to recalculate the triangular belt drive to determine its quantity and length of the triangular belt due to the shortening of the center distance between the motor belt pulley and the large belt pulley.
(2) After the motor and pulverizer are integrated and installed, the balance of the breaker will change, and the heavier the motor is, the greater the effect on the balance of the whole machine. For Y2 series motors, in the case of the same motor power, the four-stage motor is lighter than the six-stage and eight-stage motors, and certain models have different weights, for example, the four-stage motor motor Y2-280M-4 (weight 667kg) of 90 kW is 413kg lighter than the six-stage motor Y2-315M-6 (weight 1080kg).In addition, the size of the four-stage motor is also smaller than a Class 6 or Class 8 motor.
Therefore, it is preferable to use a 4-stage motor to crush the integrated motor mounting structure. However, if the angle of the delta belt of the motor pulley is too small, the number of delta belts is too small to be arranged, and a six-stage motor can also be used.
(3) For conventional split motor mounting configurations, the balance of the crusher is important for readjustment if an integrated motor is installed. This is because after mounting the motor to the crusher, the balance of the entire unit changes. If the balance weights are not readjusted, large vibrations will occur during operation, which will affect the normal use and life of the equipment.
In short, the installation of integrated motor for jaw crusher has the advantages of simple equipment installation, low cost of infrastructure, short drive belt, long service life, and good safety of the equipment, which makes the operation and use of the equipment more humanized. Therefore, the integrated motor installation method should be adopted and the traditional split motor installation method should be gradually replaced by equipment modification in order to improve the product level of China's jaw crusher and gradually reach the world's advanced level.
