In July 2024, Shanghai Dingbo Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dingbo Heavy Industry") officially signed a cooperation agreement with a well-known mining company in the Philippines to customize a calcite crushing and sand production line with an hourly output of 80-120 tons. This cooperation marks the recognition of Dingbo Heavy Industry's technological strength and service capabilities in the Southeast Asian market, injecting new momentum into the efficient utilization and green development of local mineral resources.

Technical customization: solving the difficult problem of Philippine calcite processing
The Philippines has abundant calcite resources, but traditional crushing equipment generally suffers from problems such as uneven particle size, high energy consumption, and dust pollution, making it difficult to meet the demands of the high-end building materials market. In response to this pain point, the technical team of Dingbo Heavy Industry conducted in-depth research on the local ore characteristics and designed a solution centered on "efficient crushing+intelligent control" in combination with customer production capacity requirements

Core equipment selection: The PE jaw crusher independently developed by Dingbo Heavy Industry is used as the crushing host, combined with a cone crusher for fine crushing, which can accurately control the particle size of the finished product. The uniformity rate of the discharge particle size is over 95%, meeting the requirements of high-end application scenarios such as concrete aggregates and artificial stone.

Intelligent operation and maintenance: Equipped with a centralized control system independently developed by Dingbo Heavy Industry, it can monitor equipment operation status in real time, automatically warn of faults, and shorten downtime through remote diagnostic functions, ensuring that the annual operation time of the production line exceeds 300 days.
