1. The problem of the jaw crusher itself
The parts of the new jaw crusher do not match the dimensions of the drawings, such as the length and thickness of the jaw, the length and angle of the bracket, the cavity size of the frame, etc. resulting in inferior products; The friction angle is greater than twice the friction angle, so the material and the raft cannot generate enough friction to overcome the upward force of the crushing force, and the material is extruded under the action of the vertical upward force, sliding towards the inlet.
2. Material stress is unbalanced
In the crushing chamber, the force of the material to be crushed vertically is easily unbalanced, and under the action of the upward force component, the phenomenon of return material may occur.
3. The width of the discharge port is too large
For jaw crushers of the same size, the greater the width of the outlet, the greater the likelihood of returning material. During the crushing process, the material is in direct contact with the raft to create friction. The more wear and tear on the jaw plate, the greater the likelihood of refill.
4. The size of the material to be crushed is too large
When the crusher to crush the material size is very different, it is easy to return the material, when the jaw crusher will encounter the above problems, the solution to the solution is:
1. According to the material conditions, use the appropriate specification of the crusher.
2. When the dashboard is worn, there will be a foldback phenomenon, and the new board should be repaired or replaced in time.
3. When the particle size difference of the material is too large, the initial screening is carried out; The coarse jaw crusher is pre-treated first, and then the fine jaw crusher is used for finishing, which ensures the processing requirements of the material.
4. At the joint surface of the movable jaws and the movable jaws, a wedge-shaped pad is added to reduce the angle between the two jaws, so that the angle between the two jaws is less than twice the friction angle, and the number returned by this phenomenon is eliminated.
5. The protective plate can be welded above the crushed feed port to prevent the material from flying out of the feed port and endangering the personal safety of the operator.
