Jaw crusher installation points
1. Lay the foundation of the equipment
Jaw crushers are usually installed on a concrete foundation with a discharge tank left on the foundation. The slope is less than 50 degrees. Due to the high vibration of the crusher, it is necessary to isolate the foundation of the crusher from the foundation of the equipment.
2. Rack installation
During installation, something that absorbs vibrations should be placed between the frame and the concrete, such as: hardwood, rubber, etc. The horizontal and vertical position of the frame mounted on the foundation or on the wooden base needs to meet the installation requirements of the equipment. It should be less than 0.2mm.
3. The assembly point between the eccentric shaft and the bearing
Before the shaft and bearing assembly, the plain bearings need to be studied, then placed in the plain bearing housing, and the levelness and coaxiality of the placement are detected using a spirit level. If the measurement results meet the requirements, the eccentric shaft is mounted on the bearing and the journal is smeared with red light powder to see the fit between the shaft and the bearing. If the surface of the plain bearing is too high, further scraping is required until the high point between the contact surfaces disappears. Finally, a certain amount of lubricating oil is added between the housing and the bearing to reduce the wear of the shaft. The contact area between the eccentric shaft and the frame should not be less than 80%, and the gap between them should be less than 0.07 mm.
4. The dynamics of the installation points
The assembly of the moving parts is carried out in advance, and the movable jaws, movable jaws, movable jaws, brackets, etc., are assembled on the ground and then by using a crane or hoist. on the rack. For plain bearings, the bearings and housings need to be studied first in order to fit the plain bearings in place and to check the concentricity and inclination of the plain bearing assembly. The inclination is guaranteed to be 0.2 mm and concentricity is required. Less than 0.06 mm, thus completing the assembly of the movable jaws.
5. Install the crankset
The toothed plate of the
jaw crusher is part of the crusher and is directly used to crush the ore. Its structure is simple, but it needs to be replaced frequently because it is in constant contact with ore. The cross-sectional structure of the toothed plate has two types: smooth surface and lattice surface. Due to its heavy weight, it needs to be made into a structure that is easy to replace. The toothed plates are secured by bolts or wedges and fixed to the front wall or movable side of the frame, and the contact surface between the two must be straight. If the touchpoint is high, it needs to be dealt with promptly. In addition, between the back surface of the fixed toothed plate and the front wall of the frame, some aluminum plates, etc., can be used to ensure the tightness of the combination.
