Project Background
The 150t/h limestone crushing production line is a self-use project of China Railway 13th Bureau in Changsha, and the aggregates produced are specially used for the construction of Changgan High-speed Railway by 13th Bureau.
Customer Requirement
Changsha, Hunan, China, the complete production line adopts skid-mounted foundation, the limestone is evenly fed into the jaw crusher through the feeder, after crushing, it is fed into the impact crusher through the belt conveyor, after the secondary crushing, it is fed into the 4-layer vibrating screen through the belt conveyor for grading, the screened material is returned to the impact crusher through the return belt to continue crushing, and the vibrating screen screens the finished stone materials with the specifications of 0-5mm, 5-12mm, 12-18mm, 18 The vibrating screen screens out 0-5mm, 5-12mm, 12-18mm, 18-31.5mm specification finished stone for use.
Solution
Customers from the date of signing the purchase contract, 20 days delivery, equipment arrived at the scene, 15 days the entire skid mounted production line all installed, debugging 7 days later, into normal production, until now running well to produce 135,000 tonnes of mixed aggregates. For customers to solve the worries.
