The Philippines is located in the tropics, with a long rainy season and high humidity. The mud content of sand and gravel raw materials generally exceeds 15%. Traditional screw sand washing machines are prone to problems such as loss of medium and fine sand and vulnerable screen mesh during the cleaning process, resulting in substandard sand grading and high maintenance costs. Shanghai Dingbo has customized a production line solution with impeller sand washing machine as the core to address this pain point.
The wheel sand washing machine adopts an impeller driven bearing isolation design, which completely isolates the bearing from water and pollutants, avoiding the problem of bearing damage caused by immersion in traditional equipment. At the same time, its unique eddy current friction cleaning system generates centrifugal force through high-speed rotating impellers, forming a closed-loop circulation of sand and gravel inside the casing, completing impurity stripping and dehydration within 0.5 seconds, and reducing the loss rate of medium and fine sand by more than 60% compared to spiral sand washing machines.
