500t/h river pebbles crushing & sand making production line can produce while walking, the production line equipment is all installed on a big wheelbarrow, the river pebbles below 200mm in the river are pumped out by slurry pump, and the natural aggregates of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm are screened out by the vibrating screen, and then the stones larger than 31.5-200mm or below are sent to the cone crusher for processing via the belt Conveyor is sent to cone crusher for crushing, after crushing, it is sent to vibrating screen for screening and grading the aggregates below 31.5, the river pebbles of 31.5-40mm are sent to sand making machine through belt conveyor, the stones larger than 40mm are returned to cone crusher through reclaiming belt conveyor to continue crushing, and then it is sent to vibrating screen after crushing in the sand making machine to screen out the mechanism sand of 0-5mm, and the materials larger than 5mm are returned to the sand making machine for further crushing until the finished product is below 5mm.

The stone plant was designed, installed and commissioned in summer 2017. The production line combines cone crusher, sand making machine and screening equipment in a comprehensive solution.
