Dingbo Heavy Industry has collaborated with a customer in Hunan to build a granite sand production line with an hourly output of 120 tons. The finished product requires 0-5mm machine-made sand with a feed particle size of about 40mm. The production line needs to meet core requirements such as high efficiency, stability, and environmental protection to support the customer's long-term supply in the field of building aggregates.

Jaw Crusher: PE600*900 jaw crusher, it adopts classic design with long history, as a result, it has very reliable performance in quarries.
Vibration Screen: One 1237 vibration screen is used, which has the characteristics of stable vibration, long service life, and easy adjustment. Its excitation force is adjustable, which can flexibly control the material flow rate, and the enclosed structure effectively prevents dust pollution.
Sand Washer: 3620 wheel sand washing machine, the capacity of a XSD Wheel Sand Washer can reach 180t/h, which satisfies most sand washing requirements. The sand-washer is of small investment and low power consumption. So the production cost can be saved a lot.
