【Crusher Knowledge】Product introduction of powerful impact crusher

PFQ is a scroll powerful impact crusher, which is mainly composed of a tall scroll-shaped crushing chamber composed of the upper frame (front and rear) and eight parts, including the P-section crushing zone, the lower frame, the rotor part, the first adjustment section (S crushing section), the second adjustment section (T crushing section) and the transmission part.
The motor drives the rotor body to rotate at high speed in the counterclockwise direction through the V-belt drive, and the large material enters the tall vortex crushing cavity from the human material port, and is hit by the rotor plate hammer that rotates at high speed, and rebounds and falls after impacting to the top of the vortex crushing chamber, and constantly collides with the material that is followed by upward impact and is broken, and the large material that is not fully broken produces huge pressure and shear force under the action of the thick tooth plate and plate hammer of the P crushing cavity, and even the hard material that is difficult to crush can easily enter the lower S crushing cavity after being coarsely crushed.
The gap between the toothed liner of the S crushing chamber and the rotor plate hammer is small, and the material is crushed by friction, impact, shearing, extrusion and other actions, and enters the T crushing chamber for fine crushing. The gap between the toothed lining plate of the crushing chamber and the rotor body is smaller, and the material is also finely crushed by friction, shearing and other actions, and discharged out of the machine.
In terms of structure, in addition to having a tall vortex crushing cavity and P, S and T three coarse, medium and fine crushing sections, PFQ series scroll power impact crusher also has the following structural composition:
(1) The rear cavity and the lower frame of the upper frame part are equipped with a lead screw or hydraulic opening device, which can be easily opened and closed by one person, and on both sides of the upper and lower frames, there are observation and maintenance doors, which are easy to observe and overhaul the equipment;
(2) The rotor body is welded, and the spindle and the rotor body are connected without a taper sleeve, which is easy to disassemble and replace, and has the effect of overload protection;
(3) The plate hammer is the core component of the machine, which is processed by special material heat treatment technology, which not only ensures wear resistance, but also ensures that it will not break, and the service life is 3~5 times that of ZGMn13, the plate hammer is made symmetrically, the adjustable head is turned over, and the material utilization rate is 50%~60%;
(4) The plate hammer is fixed by the wear-resistant block and embedded in the rotor body, which is automatically centered during the working operation, and the installation and replacement are convenient and fast.
Advantages of PFQ series vortex powerful impact crusher: because the material is crushed many times through the vortex crushing chamber, P, S, T four cavities, the product particle shape is almost all cube, even if the crushing produces more needle flakes of andesite, the finished needle flake content is less than 12% of the requirements, four crushing cavities are crushed, and the linear speed of the rotor body is less than 30m/s, you can achieve the crushing effect of 35~40m/s of the general impact crusher. Since the service life of the plate hammer is inversely proportional to the square of the linear velocity of the rotor body, the linear velocity of the rotor body is reduced, and the service life of the plate hammer is greatly improved.
The S and T crushing chambers can be continuously adjusted according to the user's requirements for different particle sizes or after the wear of the hammer and liner. The rear part of the T-type crushing chamber is equipped with an elastic device to provide a retreat buffer effect, so that the uncrushable materials can be discharged from the body, so it has the ability to protect itself.
