The so-called vertical shaft composite crusher is a turntable equipped with a vertical shaft impact crusher and a turntable of a vertical shaft hammer crusher on the vertical shaft, which integrates the advantages of two crushers to form a new type of high-efficiency crusher. The machine is suitable for mining, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and electric power industries, and can crush medium hardness and crushing ores, especially fragile materials. For example, iron ore, copper ore, limestone, coal grinding stone, asbestos, coke, coal and cement clinker, etc., is an ultra-fine crushing machinery and equipment, with a large crushing ratio, fine and uniform crushing particle size, can crush 80~120mm materials to less than 3~5mm fine particles at one time. Therefore, it can be broken to replace the grinding, reduce the particle size entering the mill, and increase the output of the mill.
The vertical shaft compound crusher is divided into two layers, and the crushing is graded.
The upper layer is medium crushed, and the lower layer is finely crushed. The crushing zone is a circular crushing cavity formed between the outer circle of the turntable on the vertical shaft and the toothed plate of the cylinder wall. The upper turntable is fixed with a plate hammer with a thinner distribution to form a large crushing cavity, which is conducive to crushing large pieces of materials. The lower turntable is equipped with multiple rows of movable hammers, which are densely distributed and form a small crushing cavity to control the crushed materials to meet the requirements of fine crushing particle size. On the inner wall of the cylinder, a fixed tooth plate with teeth is installed, also known as a counterattack plate.
The working principle of the machine is as follows: the material is added from the top, falls into the crushing chamber, is hit by the high-speed rotating plate hammer, and is quickly thrown to the counterattack plate, and is rebounded to the hammer plate after the impact, and is hit again. Such high-frequency blows and counterattacks make the materials gradually crushed from large to small, and the smaller materials fall into the lower crushing cavity, and are hit by the high-speed rotating dense hammer, repeating the upper crushing process. Due to the small cavity, shear stress is applied to part of the material between the hammer head and the tooth edge of the impact plate to sharpen the iron and accelerate the fine crushing of the material. At the same time, the hammer head drives the material to flow, which has a great grinding effect on each other, so that the material is further finely crushed until it is crushed to the required particle size. Practice has proved that the upper layer of the vertical shaft compound crusher uses impact crushing to carry out a hard blow to the material, which can effectively use energy, the crushing speed is fast, and the crushing ratio is large. The lower layer adopts hammer crushing, and the hammer head can rotate freely in the radial direction, which can play a buffering role when hitting the material accumulation and flow, so that the material is evenly loose and churned, so that the ultra-fine crushing load is stable, which greatly reduces the instantaneous overload of the motor and eliminates the hidden danger of failure.
Characteristics of vertical shaft compound crusher: although the feed particle size of the vertical shaft compound crusher is the same as that of the same type of vertical shaft impact crusher currently used, in terms of its crushing effect, the vertical shaft compound crusher is still better than the vertical shaft impact crusher, with the average fine part less than 5mm increasing by 5% and the production capacity increasing by 10%;
Basically, it solves the problem of large motor load and easy failure when the original vertical shaft impact crusher is used for ultra-fine grinding, the maintenance amount is relatively reduced, and the maintenance cost is greatly reduced;
When crushing soft materials containing a small amount of water (such as cement clinker, coke and coal, etc.), the structure of the vertical shaft compound crusher can also be hammer crushing, and the lower layer is impact crushing, so as to reduce the wear of working parts, and improve the utilization rate of energy.
