Working Principle

During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft sleeve to rotate via the horizontal transmission shaft and a pair of bevel gears. The main shaft of the moving cone performs gyratory swinging motion driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve, which makes the surface of the crushing wall approach and depart from the rolling mortar wall intermittently. Inside the crushing chamber, ores are continuously subjected to extrusion and bending force, and then get crushed finally.
