Novel structure, easy maintenance
The thickener has a stable structure to ensure long-term stable operation, is a new type of dewatering equipment combined with the characteristics of mud layer filtration, suitable for concentrate and tailings dewatering treatment in mineral processing plants, widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic mineral processing, environmental protection and other industries.

Fast settling speed and high working efficiency
A certain amount of flocculant is added to the ore slurry to be concentrated, so that the ore particles in the slurry form flocs and accelerate the settling speed, thus achieving the purpose of improving the concentration efficiency. Installation of inclined plate shortens the settling distance of ore particles, increases the settling area, and has high working efficiency.

Equipped with complete self-control facilities, strong processing capacity
The new thickener is equipped with complete self-control facilities, which increases the particle size of settled solid particles and accelerates the settling speed of solid particles; it is equipped with tilting plates that can shorten the settling distance of minerals and increase the settling area, thus improving the processing capacity of the equipment.

With a variety of operating functions, convenient
The thickener is a continuous working equipment with multiple functions of thickening and clarifying, which is mainly used for thickening and clarifying concentrate and tailing slurry and concentrate and tailing slurry in wet ore dressing and coal dressing operation.

Working Principle

The thickener is mainly composed of two parts: circular thickener and rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the concentrator sink under the effect of gravity, and the upper part becomes clarified water, so that the solid-liquid can be separated. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the concentrator is continuously scraped by the rake-type scraper to the bottom of the pool to the centre of the discharge outlet, while the clarified water is overflowed from the upper edge of the concentrator.
