Working Principle

Mainly using the wear-resistant toothed roller, the double roller crusher has a high productivity and breaks the raw material through high-speed rotation. The raw material enters the roller crusher and is crushed thrughly by the rotating rollers. The two rollers force the particles between their surface into the ever smaller gap area, and the particles fracture from the compressive forces presented by the rotating rollers.
