1.Project Background
Mexico, as an important infrastructure investment destination in Latin America, has seen a surge in demand for high-strength building aggregates for its highways, rail transit, and urban renewal projects. Shanghai Dingbo Heavy Industry, relying on its technological accumulation in the field of granite crushing and combined with the distribution characteristics of local granite resources in Mexico, has tailored a modular crushing production line with an hourly output of 150 tons for an international engineering group. The project is located in Veracruz, Mexico and aims to convert the abundant reserves of biotite granite into concrete aggregates that meet ASTM C33 standards, solving the problem of traditional production lines relying on imported basalt.

2.Major Equipment

PE-600 × 900 jaw crusher is adopted, with a feed inlet size of 600 × 900mm, suitable for ≤ 500mm primary granite, a crushing ratio of 5:1, and a single machine processing capacity of 90-180t/h. By optimizing the trajectory of jaw movement, the particle size of coarse crushed products is controlled below 140mm, reducing energy consumption by 30% compared to traditional equipment.

In the continuous 72 hour full load operation test, the actual processing capacity of the production line reached 158t/h, exceeding the design capacity by 5.3%.
