• 1. Raw material warehouse

For a properly sized raw material warehouse, its output of 500 tons requires about 12 vehicles per hour, and this raw material warehouse needs to transport 2 raw materials and will produce continuously.

• 2. Vibrating feeder

Vibrating feeder, which is usually equipped with a 6 m long and 1 m 3 wide inverter rod feeder, which can remove the soil and pre-screen.

• 3. Coarse crushing jaw crusher

Jaw crusher handles 500-600 tons of models, generally choose 1100*1200 jaw crusher, or 950*1250 jaw crusher

• 4. Impact crusher

Limestone is soft and generally crushed as a medium, fine crushing operation. When choosing to produce 500 tons, two PFQ1315 will be used as the crushing material equipment, and you can also choose 1520.

• 5. Vibrating screen

The shaker can be selected from 3 sets of 2760 for inspection screening and completion screening.

• 6. Belt conveyor

Belt conveyor is to connect multiple belts and set up a production line.

At present, the basic situation of limestone production line configuration is like this, and more production line schemes can be configured according to the actual production requirements, and different numbers of sand making machines can be configured to further shape the product and increase the added value of the finished product. On the other hand, according to the needs of the market, crush high-quality organic sand to improve the efficiency of the production line.

Note: The incompletely crushed material in the jaw crusher needs to be returned to the jaw crusher for re-crushing, on the one hand, there is an opportunity for intermittent work, which reduces the power demand.
