Customers come to the factory to discuss the technical details of the jaw crushing production line plan

On July 31, 2025, Shanghai Dingbo Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. received a group of customers, mainly focusing on the technical details of the jaw crusher production line solution. This conference focuses on the technological upgrade, production line configuration optimization, and intelligent application of jaw crushers. Through technical sharing, case analysis, and on-site inspections, we provide customers with a full process solution from equipment selection to production and operation.

At the beginning of the meeting, Zhang, the technical director of Dingbo Heavy Industry, gave a detailed introduction to the latest technological achievements of jaw crushers. Taking the PE type jaw crusher as an example, it adopts a modular unwelded frame structure. By optimizing the high-level meshing angle and the bottom linear eccentricity, the crushing chamber is steeper, and the crushing ratio is increased to 6:1 or more. The single machine processing capacity covers 65-1590 tons/hour. In a granite project in Zhejiang, the PE1200 × 1500 jaw crusher equipment crushes 1200mm feed to below 300mm, with operating noise controlled within 85dB, and equipment failure rate reduced by 40% compared to traditional models.

For small and medium-sized production lines, Dingbo Heavy Industry's PEX300 × 1300 jaw crusher has become the focus with its compact design. The maximum feed particle size of this model is 250mm, the discharge port adjustment range is 25-105mm, and the power is only 75kW. It has achieved a stable output of 90 tons per hour in a sand and gravel plant in Hunan. Through negative suspension structure and multi-objective optimization design, the dynamic jaw stroke ratio is reduced by 15%, and the lining plate life is extended by 30%.
