A large ball mill model 2100X3600 has completed all debugging and inspection work, loaded in the factory loading area, and officially departed for delivery to the customer site in Mexico. This shipment marks a further expansion of Dingbo Heavy Industry's business layout in the Latin American market, providing efficient and reliable ore grinding solutions for local mining enterprises.
The 2100X3600 ball mill sent to Mexico this time is a core equipment customized by Dingbo Heavy Industry for customers' ore characteristics and production needs. This model of ball mill has a cylinder diameter of 2.1 meters and an effective length of 3.6 meters. It adopts high manganese steel lining plate and optimized design of grinding medium ratio, which can achieve efficient grinding and precise particle size control of ore. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent frequency conversion control system, which supports remote parameter adjustment and real-time operation monitoring. It can dynamically adjust the grinding efficiency according to the working conditions such as ore hardness and humidity, saving more than 15% energy compared to traditional equipment.
The Mexican client is a well-known local mining group, whose project requires the processing of medium to low hardness copper sulfide ore, and has extremely high requirements for the wear resistance, stability, and uniformity of the discharge particle size of the ball mill. The technical team of Dingbo Heavy Industry optimized the equipment structure and transmission system through multiple rounds of laboratory simulations and on-site inspections. They adopted a double compartment partition design to improve grinding efficiency and equipped it with rubber lining plates with stronger wear resistance, ultimately winning high recognition from customers.
